Christina is the Broker/Owner of The Home Agency, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and the founder of The Multifamily Agency, a dedicated advisory platform focused on small-to-mid-sized multifamily investments.

Her real estate career began at age 20 as a loan officer during the subprime mortgage era, providing early exposure to financing structures, risk, and market volatility. Since then, she has invested across multiple asset types — including single-family homes, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and alternative assets. Before narrowing her primary focus to multifamily real estate and large-scale asset management in 2020.

• A Joint Venture partner in 105 multifamily units

• A co-owner of a 73-site RV park with cabins and glamping, adding operational depth across asset classes
